Q: How can you offer a top end saw at
such a reasonable price?
A: Low over-head! We are a small outfit and generally do just a
couple of saws at a time. Enjoy our low introductory pricing!
Q: What is your return and warranty
policy?
A: Use the saw for 30 days and if you don't like it return it for a
full refund (minus shipping). We offer a one year on parts and
labor warranty on all our saws.
Q: My saw is getting slow and seems to
be binding in the cut, what can I do?
A: First try some furniture wax or spray on beeswax on the blade and see if that helps.
Otherwise it might be time for a
FREE re-sharpening.
Q: Is the back folded or laminated or
solid?
A: The brass back, or spine, is a solid piece of 3/4" x 1/4" brass.
We slit our brass to accommodate the blue tempered spring steel
blade. Our blades are pressed and epoxy'd into the brass spine. I've
tried to remove one of our blades using heat and a sledge hammer,
and in short, it was impossible! Finally, our brass spine is
set deep into the handle, unlike others, which reduces vibration and
provides more stability for the blade which gives the saw a much
more solid feel.
Q: I really want a different species of
wood, do you do custom handles?
A: Sure do! Write us for an
estimate.
Q: How can I pay for my saw?
A: We use PayPal as our primary venue for payment. It is fast,
reliable and secure. You don't have to have an account with PayPal
and yet you can still use a major credit card. You can also send us a check but
we will hold the product until your check clears our bank.
